Tuition Rates

Our yearly tuition is divided into the monthly installments at the following monthly rates:

Annual Registration fee:

$60 per student or $75 per family

A non-refundable annual registration fee is due every year for each student enrolling in our
program. This fee reserves the student’s place in class, covers expenses on the preparation of the Individualized curriculum and allows some flexibility with the termination policies (students can terminate classes at any time during the year with just a 2-week notice). The registration fee is paid upon enrollment and every September thereafter.

Group classes (3-6 students) held online or at LMLC

Payment is collected in monthly installments at the following rates:

If a student is not ready to commit for the whole month, they may opt to pay per class at a rate of $40 per hour.

Payment Methods and Late Fees

Tuition should be paid monthly in advance, no later than the first lesson of the month. Tuition can also be paid on a semester basis, or up to 6 months in advance.

A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check. Please make sure all information written on the check is correct.
$20 for tuition paid after the first lesson of the month
$1 per late day after the 10th day of the month
When making a transfer via PayPal, please add 3% to cover PayPal service fees.

Discounts

LMLC offers the following discounts.

Sibling discount:

Pay in full for the individual classes for one child and receive 10% off a sibling’s tuition.

Multiple Subjects Discount:

Pay in full for one subject class and receive 10% off the second subject classes.

Referral Discount:

Bring a friend to any of our classes, and get $20 off your child’s tuition. This discount can be granted only after the referred students enroll.

* Sibling and Multiple Subjects discounts cannot be combined.
** To be eligible for the Sibling/Multiple classes discounts the student or students of the same family should take at least 2 hours of classes a week at LMLC.
*** One becomes entitled for the Thank you discounts after the referred students enroll to the classes, and LMLC gets their payment

Make-up Classes and Refunds

  • 1.

    If a class is cancelled by LMLC, students will be granted a make-up class or a full refund.

  • 2.

    If a private (one-on-one) class is to be cancelled by a student for whatever reason, please call at least one day ahead to let us know and schedule a make-up class.

  • 3.

    No refunds will be given for any classes missed or cancelled by a student, but make up classes will be offered in case LMLC receives a 24-hour notice from the student.

  • 4.

    Make ups for private classes should be scheduled with the tutor in accordance with the tutor and student’s availability

  • 5.




    If a group lesson is missed with a prior 24-hour notice, the student may attend any other group lesson on a similar or different subject of the same class. The arrangements should be made with the LMLC administration.

Cancellation Policy

Students must give LMLC a two-week notice prior to the termination of classes.
